Reservations
The first nights rent must be paid to hold a reservation. We accept all major credit
cards, travelers checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Personal checks are
only accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival day. Upon arrival, please report
any damages or problems or we will assume they occurred during your stay. Extra
charges may be charged to your account for telephone charges, movie rentals, having
pets without notification, smoking, lost keys, or for having too many guests. Total
charges are due at check in.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Cabins have a 2-3 night minimum stay depending on the season. The peak months of
June, July & October require a 3 night min. stay and some holidays have a 4 night
min. stay. Please ask for details when making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We charge a $15 fee to cancel 30 days or more in advance of arrival date. 29 - 14
days in advance will be charged one night's rental amount. 13 days or less in advance
will be charged full rental amount unless we are able to re-book the cabin for the
same time period. Note: No refunds will be given for weather conditions. No cancellations
accepted via telephone. Vacation insurance is available from Travel Safe.
Pet Policy
Our cabins are pet friendly. However, we charge a non-refundable $45 pet fee for
one pet and $60 for two or more. Please bring your pets bedding and/or crate as
we do not allow pets on furniture or beds. Dogs must be on leashes at all times
when outside and pets are not to be left unattended. Pet owners are responsible
for any damage.
Please Note
Each unit is supplied with dishes, cookware, paper products, trash bags and all
linens. We ask that you treat each cabin as if it were your own. Please leave the
cabin as you found it.
NO HOUSE PARTIES are permitted.
NO RENTALS will be permitted to ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Anna's Deep Creek Cabins and its owners are not responsible for loss due to theft
of personal property, accidents, injury or damage to renter or guests from any cause
or by acts of nature or God.
